Task: Comprehensive audit of the internal and outsourced logistics processes of the Csepel transformer factory in order to identify strategic development directions. Through the mapping of current processes, critical points were identified, based on which development concepts were defined. To identify the ideal development direction, a multi-criteria decision-support model was built, and quickly implementable, investment-free development proposals were developed.
