The value of a training can be measured by the extent to which what was heard, seen and practiced there subsequently becomes part of the daily routine. Therefore, we place great emphasis on “unnoticedly” broadening the participants’ horizons through case studies, simulations, and individual or group project assignments.
We consider it our task to ensure that participants acquire the material at the level of learning by understanding during the training. We plan the schedule of our trainings along the principles of modern andragogy. Furthermore, we strive to provide sufficient flexibility to answer questions that arise along the way to the best of our ability.

Logistics training

Skills development training
All of our trainings are available in half-day (4 hours), 1-day (8 hours) and 2-day (16 hours) time frames, upon request. During the 4-hour, half-day rapid training, we convey the essence of the topic with the help of exercises that properly awaken the motivation to delve further into the topic, and the participants are enriched with knowledge that can be used immediately and incorporated into their daily lives.
We primarily recommend it if, for some reason, there is currently no more time or financial resources for a longer training, but we still want to increase efficiency and redirect the work and the attitude of our colleagues in a slightly different direction.
