Workshop

A group session focusing on a specific problem, the aim of which is to develop the problem-solving skills of the group members and to develop a professional solution. A workshop is an effective, intensive form of work involving discussions in which everyone has a say.

The workshop takes place in a group created for the given topic. The activity is aimed at interactively analyzing a given question or problem and developing solution proposals. An important condition is to synthesize the participants’ preparedness and knowledge, so each workshop usually starts with a theoretical overview. After laying the theoretical foundations, our trainer becomes the leader and moderator of the session, he will be the one who brings together, directs the discussion, and draws/presents the appropriate conclusions.

Our goal – in addition to educating – is to provide a professional solution that is useful for the company, involving the best knowledge of the participants, whether it is a problem-solving, decision-preparing, or concept-creating workshop.

We can provide you with support in the following workshop types:

  • problem-solving,
  • conflict-solving,
